I am recruiting PhD students to join my research group in the Department of Technology, AI, and Society (DTAS) at Stony Brook University for the Fall 2027 cohort. If you’re interested in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Responsible AI, Social Computing, Infrastructure Studies, work, health, sustainability, and community-centered design, I encourage you to apply to work with us! Perspective students
Prospective PhD students must first be admitted to DTAS's PhD program before working with an individual advisor. If you are interested in working with me, please apply for our program and mention my name in your application. I aim to review all applications that mention my name and pass the initial screening by the admissions committee. I will invite shortlisted candidates for an interview. I might not be able to accommodate individual requests outside of this process.
